RFP for D/B Services - Foothill / Oak and Bobier / Calle Jules Roundabouts Project (CIPs 8339 and 8358)

The City of Vista (City or Agency) is soliciting proposals from qualified design-build entities for the Foothill/Oak and Bobier/Calle Jules Roundabouts Project– CIP 8339 & 8358 (Project). The first proposed roundabout is located at Foothill Drive and Oak Drive (CIP 8339). The second proposed roundaboutt is located at Bobier Drive and Calle Jules (CIP 8358). The two proposed roundabouts constitute the Project, and every requirement and provision in this RFP always apply to both roundabouts, which are to be completed as one project. The selected design-build team (DB) will provide the City with project management, engineering design, construction and construction management services for the Project. This Request for Proposals (RFP) includes a description of the Project, scope of services, proposal requirements, criteria for selection and other relevant information.
