MB-10243 - USA (South Carolina) - Excess Workers Compensation Insurance Program Service - Deadline June 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide excess workers compensation insurance program service.        – Workers’ compensation laws, injured employees are treated by a designated occupational medicine facility.– Provide the services commonly expected in the placement and servicing of an ongoing excess workers compensation policy.– The goal is to have work–related injury claims reported within 24 hours or as soon as possible after the injury.– Committee meets as needed to review progress of safety awareness, workers’ compensation programs, general claims activity and to make recommendations for improvement.– Worker’s compensation safety and administration program and risk management.– Claim administration is provided by a third–party administrator.– Workers compensation process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
