PM-23800 - USA (Frederick, Maryland) - Gubernatorial General Specimen Ballots Printing Service - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide gubernatorial general specimen ballots printing service to the government authority located in Frederick, MD.– Specimen ballots contain the names of all candidates and shall be labelled with the name, mailing address, and polling agency.– 1. Quantity: Approximately 190,000 booklets to be mail, with 3,300 Specimen Ballots for office use which will be 50 copies of each Ballot Style. 2. 2 two–sided 11” x 17”, folded to 8.5” x 11”, multi–sheet booklet, folded to 5.5” x 8.5” for mailing. This would only change if the ballot becomes more than a two–sided page. 3. Ink Color: Black 4. Stock: 50# white offset paper. 5. The Vendor shall print a watermark on each of the 2 pages representing the Ballot. The mark shall be large and set at an angle. 6. Printing Specifications: The Election Director will provide specifications for wording, etc. to include, but not be limited to, the following: a. Voting instructionsb. Sixty–six (66) ballot styles c. Text of ballot to be available immediately following bid award and issuance of the State Board of Elections. d. Ballot faces to be provided by the Board of Elections e. Information on early voting and Ballot Drop Boxes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026 .
