Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide lease and revenue management system.– Provide a commercial off–the–shelf (COTS) software–as–a–service (SaaS) lease and revenue management system.– Commercial–off–the–shelf (COTS), software–as–a–service (SaaS) lease and revenue management system (LRMS) to manage its spaces, agreements, and customers.– LRMS shall enable the Airports Authority to invoice its customers, recognize revenue, track and bill reimbursable utility costs, maintain insurance compliance records, track aeronautical statistics, and provide dynamic reporting and analysis of all LRMS data– Services include implementation, configuration, and training for agency designated staff. – SaaS provider will be responsible for provisioning and managing all underlying infrastructure, including computing, storage, networking, and platform components, as well as application maintenance, version upgrades, security patching, system monitoring, disaster recovery, training, and support services.– Ensure integration with the agency geographic information system (GIS) to record precise locations of spaces and facilities.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on July 16, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
