DELIVERABLES: The Serranator® PTA Serration Balloon Catheter is a peripheral angioplasty device from Cagent Vascular designed for the treatment of peripheral artery disease (PAD) and certain arteriovenous (AV) fistula lesions. Unlike a standard PTA balloon, it incorporates serrated scoring elements on the balloon surface that create controlled micro–incisions (micro–fissures) in the vessel wall during inflation.
