(1) Vendor needs to provide out of home advertising placement services for several years in the form of print and digital billboards, billboards and digital monitors at the airport, and placement on regional transportation (trains, buses, and bus shelters.• Strategic media planning and recommendations• Media buying, negotiation, and placement• Campaign scheduling and flighting (year–round with flexibility for short–term placements)• Production coordination (printing and installation) using provided creative assets• Performance tracking, optimization, attribution, and reporting– media may include:• Print and digital billboards• Transit advertising (light rail, buses, bus shelters, and related assets)• Airport advertising• Streaming/OTT and other digital solutions that can be integrated for an omnichannel approach• Other relevant formats as recommended by the vendor(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
