Description
Work contemplated to be performed under this contract is as follows: Interior renovation of the Crossroads Community Center kitchen and teen room. Kitchen work includes new equipment and hood and associated structural modifications, roof penetration and installation of hood exhaust, and new cabinets as well as limited electrical, plumbing and mechanical scope. Electrical and plumbing scope require separate trade permit by Contractor. Teen room includes partition demolition, interior door and window reconfiguration and new finishes. Engineer's Estimate Range is $400,000 - $500,000. Attendance at a Pre-Bid site walk/inspection and sign-in by Prime/General Contractors who intend to submit a bid for Work on this project will be held at: 2:00 P.M., October 8th 2026 Crossroads Community Center-16000 NE 10th Bellevue WA 98008
