(1) Vendor needs to provide project management and technical consulting services to the government authority located in Livermore, CA.– Provide on–call project management and technical advisory services a consultant to serve in an advisory, owner–support role during both pre–construction and, upon authorization, construction. – Services will include support for design coordination, cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, environmental and permitting integration, and the design–build procurement process.– Project development and pre–construction planning– Design and engineering coordination – Environmental and agency coordination– Cost estimating, risk, and schedule development(2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.   (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
