(1) Vendor needs to provide courier services to the government authority located in North Dakota.• Courier must be able to pick up packages/specimens at all sites daily every Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and provide same day delivery of these packages/specimens to state agencies. • The shipper containers measure 21.5 inches long x 11.5 inches high x 11 inches wide and weigh approximately 15 pounds when full.• Courier will leave an empty shipper container at each pick point when picking–up specimens. (2) All question must be submitted no later than September 08, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
