(1) Vendor needs to provide destruction services for public records to the government authority located in Virginia.– Secure destruction of public records in various physical formats.– Material to be destroyed will consist of mixed media primarily in paper format with some microfilm, microfiche, x–rays, computer disks, CDs, DVDs, tapes, and computer hard drives. – Mixed media means primarily paper–based records with any staples, clips, hanging folders, binders, and incidental electronic media left in place. Any significant quantities of microfilm, microfiche, x–rays, computer disks, CDs, DVDs, tapes, and computer hard drives will be separated for disposal. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 21, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
