Vendor needs to provide kids deserve support application maintenance and support.– For the maintenance and operations services of agency child support case management system, including corrective, perfective, adaptive and preventive changes to meet local business requirements and must respond to changes in policy and federal/State legislative mandates. – Kids Deserve Support System, the Child Support Case and Financial Management System’s advanced technology to maximize business efficiencies, improve payment–processing time frames, increase quality control and reduce data entry at the local level, which improves customer service.– Comply with the confidential handling and protection of all Customer data.– Provide services for application perfective, adaptive and preventive maintenance changes– Business requirements validation and verification; applications support and maintenance including design, development, testing application; batch and interface/file support; help desk operations; ad hoc training and modifications to the existing agency applications.– Establish new and enhanced existing interfaces as part of the business plan to improve overall operations;– Maintain technical capabilities that support efficient daily operations with online, real–time access and update of data– Maintain and provide edits and validations to promote data quality and reliability– Maintain management and operational analysis reporting– Monitor and execute all interface/file transfers and batch processing for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually and on demand processing, including incoming and outgoing files transfers and on–line web services interfaces– Develop and implement operational controls, efficiencies and integrated/consolidated interface/batch tracking solution to include–at a minimum––the status of all file transfers (delivery, receipt, acceptance/rejection) which includes identification and communication/notification of all file/batch failures and issues including an analysis of the identified issue and proposed resolution to state systems support, which includes any State agency that supports the current case management application– Assess current scanned image solution to identify improvements for automation and processing or provide a new scanned image solution.
