Managed IT Services

The City is soliciting proposals from qualified Information Technology (“IT”) service providers to deliver comprehensive managed IT services, including Backup and Disaster Recovery, cybersecurity, and cloud support. The selected Consultant will function as the City’s strategic technology partner, providing Help Desk services; network and systems administration; Backup and Disaster Recovery operations; cloud and Microsoft 365 management; AI support; and secure telecommuting capabilities. The Consultant will also serve in the roles of virtual Chief Technology Officer (“vCTO”) and virtual Chief Security Officer (“vCSO”), offering expert guidance on technology planning, security governance, and long-term modernization efforts. This RFP seeks a vendor capable of maintaining high service levels, ensuring the reliability, recoverability, and security of City systems, and supporting a continually evolving technology environment.
