(1) Vendor needs to provide airport engineering, financial consulting, planning and environmental services to the government authority located in Marina, CA. • Airport engineering services:– Airport related design and development services.– Local agency interface and project permitting.– Comprehensive project management covering all project phases.• Airport environmental services:– The investigation, rehabilitation and management plans related to habitats of flora, fauna, and other species.– The preparation of environmental reports, risk assessments, remedial action plans, site investigation, rehabilitation and mitigation efforts.– Wildlife hazard management and mitigation.– Hazardous material management and plans.• Airport planning services:– Airport land use planning and Airport master planning– Airport Layout Plan (ALP) updates and narrative reports– Land acquisitions and releases.• Airport financial consulting services:– Review proposed development plans for public infrastructure requirement or other possible financeable components.– Assist the agency with evaluating potential economic benefits of new projects on and around Airport land.– Work with agency staff and property owners to understand financial impact of project scoping on future property tax collections.– Conduct detailed review of all assumptions, methodologies, and projections within a developer submitted pro formas.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
