Vendor needs to provide overdose prevention and response expansion services to the government authority located in Mississippi.– Expand statewide capacity for overdose prevention and response. – Strengthen community partnerships that address substance use disorder stigma and promote harm reduction. – Develop and implement educational outreach to increase awareness of naloxone, the good law and access to treatment and recovery resources. – Integrate evaluation and performance measurement activities to assess the implementation, impact, and effectiveness of overdose prevention strategies. – Support the use of surveillance data to guide community–level prevention and response activities. – Strengthen coordination among public health, public safety, healthcare, behavioral health, and community–based partners. – Utilize surveillance data to guide the planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of overdose prevention interventions.– Use evaluation findings and performance data to inform continuous quality improvement, ongoing program implementation, and sustainability.
