BID #2026-AIG-58 - Runway 11L-29R Pavement Rehabilitation Project

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Department of Aviation of the County of San Joaquin, State of California, 5000 S. Airport Way, Suite 202, Stockton, California 95206, until 2:00 p.m. (PST) on August 27, 2026, for the Runway 11L-29R Pavement Rehabilitation Project at Stockton Metropolitan Airport, Stockton, California, Bid No. 2026-AIG-58, all in accordance with the specifications and working details and other contract documents now on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, Sixth Floor, San Joaquin County Administration Building, 44 North San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California 95202. The work included in this project consists of the following: Base Bid: The Project is comprised of surface treating the 10,245-foot by 150-foot runway, blast pads, paved shoulders, turnaround pads, and Taxiway Connectors D9 (A1), D East (A6), F (B5), B2 (B6), and B3 (B7) within the Runway 11L-29R Runway Safety Area (RSA). It also includes Taxiway Connectors B and H (B3) located between the two runways and within the Runway 11L-29R RSA. This treatment is anticipated to consist of removal of foreign substances /contaminants, sealing of existing cracks, surface treatment, and application of pavement markings.
