TRANSLATION-8212 - USA (Louisiana) - Emergency Interpreter Services - Deadline July 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency interpreter services.• Provide Spanish language interpreters in person at evacuation pick up points, shelters, and community distribution sites during day time hours within 24 hours upon activation• Provide within 12 hours upon activation, multi–language phone line interpretation that can operate 24 hours per day.• Provide written translation services within 24 hours upon activation (can be done remotely during day time hours)• To provide in person interpreters, a multi–language phone line, and written translation services throughout an emergency event.  (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
