(1) Vendor needs to provide site investigations services to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA.• The objective is to provide for planning and performing of site investigations, consultation, groundwater monitoring, and additional environmental services.• Perform a records review to determine the owner and operator of the site.• Review the department’s files to determine the results of any previous investigations.• Physical characteristics of the site, including important surface features, soils, geology, hydrogeology, ecology, and meteorology.• Characterization or classifications of the air, surface water, and groundwater at the site• Collect GPS data for each monitoring well.• Measure and record the depth at which groundwater is first encountered.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
