The Fort Mill School District is accepting Bids from Single Prime Contractors to provide services as described, but not limited to, the scope outlined within the Construction Documents. The Contractor’s scope of work shall include, but not limited to, demo, grading, utilities, and other construction activities. Work is expected to begin no later than early October 5, 2026 and with a Substantial Completion Date of March 31, 2028. Project is located at 890 Steele St. Fort Mill, SC 29715
