Event Sponsorship and Naming Rights Services

The City of Hollywood, Florida (City) is seeking responses from qualified and experienced firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor or Proposer, to provide Event Sponsorship and Naming Rights Services for the City, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. The Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts , the following services, but not limited to the development of naming rights and obtaining sponsorships for City events that are periodic, signature and community based. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to provide the City of Hollywood with a qualified individual or firm who has the capability to perform the tasks described within the Scope of Work. The individual or firm shall list their compensation based on a percentage commission, per sponsorship and naming rights contracted.
