SW-118433 - USA (Arizona) - Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) System - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide computer assisted mass appraisal (CAMA) system.– A CAMA solution with an integrated GIS experience that provides a seamless relationship between the assessment record and the property's geographic location.– Integrated solution that includes all software, professional services, implementation activities, and ongoing support necessary to successfully replace the County's existing Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system. – Provide the software, personnel, project management, documentation, and professional services required to deliver a fully operational production system.– Solution shall provide a comprehensive assessment administration platform capable of supporting the County's business operations through configurable standard functionality.– GIS should function as an operational component of the assessment system rather than solely as a separate mapping or reference application(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
