(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible technical and advisory services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Provide on–demand advisory and technical services to support in operationalizing a new investment arm and preparing bankable Climate–Smart Agriculture (CSA), sustainable cities and sustainable–land management (SLM) projects for resource mobilization.– Support Climate–Smart Agriculture (CSA), sustainable cities, and Sustainable Land Management (SLM) pipeline development.– Investment manager to support the preparation of the investment arm’s first fund (Fund I) based on a comprehensive strategic framework developed during the project’s first phase.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
