(1) Vendor needs to provide construction project management services to the government authority located in Turner, OR. – Provide owner's representative project management services for the management of bond and grant–funded construction projects. – Services:• Project planning phase:– Develop an overall construction project management plan to include a master schedule, cash flow projection, contracting strategy, and other program needs.– Develop a project reporting and communication system to include progress, schedule, and financial status to be distributed regularly, including monthly bond budget reports, cash flow forecasts, change order logs, contingency tracking, documentation support, and School Board–ready financial requirements.• Project implementation phase:– Review and recommend the payment of all consultant billings.– Monitor the design process with a detailed schedule of responsibilities and critical dates.• Bidding and award of construction contract phase:– Consult with the district and the design team regarding bid preparation, bidding strategy, and evaluation of bids.• Construction phase.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026. (3) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 5, 2026.
