CLEANING-14227 - USA (Salisbury, Maryland) - Janitorial Services - Deadline November 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Salisbury, MD– Provide cleaning services for five (5) separate facilities within the city– Required to provide a list of all chemical and cleaning agents used in cleaning the various City buildings– All cleaning products used in our buildings will be clearly labeled, stating content, use, safety and first–aid instructions– Required to provide each area/site with a dated schedule showing all schedules for cleaning services (weekly, tri–weekly, monthly, etc.). This schedule will be followed and checked for compliance.– Cleaning times are after 5:00 P.M. unless otherwise stated(2) The contract period will be for one year.
