GIS-2001 - USA (Bartow, Florida) - Professional Survey and Mapping Services - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional survey and mapping services to the government authority located in Bartow, FL. – Services shall include, survey field work, photogrammetric surveys, light detection and ranging (LiDAR) surveys, boundary surveys, right of way map preparation, survey drafting, design surveys, writing of legal descriptions and recording of easements, easements and right–of–way, parcel and plat research, easement sketches, easement staking, easement encroachments, “as built” surveys and topographic surveys, aerial topographic survey, surveying and mapping, ordinary high water line, bathymetric survey, volumetric calculations, ground based surveying, and GPS support services, sovereign boundaries, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood zone boundaries. – The services will support a number of projects including: landfill disposal cells, wetland delineation for state and federal agencies, wetland mitigation design and permitting, design and permitting of infrastructures including stormwater management, roads, landfill remediation, land reclamation, construction management, transfer station and public drop–off facilities, borrow site development, preparation of operational plans including landfill sequence plans and access roads, geotechnical and hydrogeological services, and any other services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
