Description
Furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies necessary for the Street Resurfacing Project 2024, as indicated herein. The project is located in Plant City, Florida, at various locations throughout the city. The project includes milling and resurfacing of existing asphalt pavement, affecting a approximately 40 lane miles with a total area of approximately 242,000 square yards. The project also includes at specific locations, replacement of existing road base, concrete curb, sidewalk, and ADA ramps. This project includes one base bid consisting of approximately 70% of the total project, and three alternate bids for locations that may require additional approvals and / or construction (by others) prior to commencing work. If awarded, and if extensive delays prevent work on these alternate bid scopes past the contract time, the city may delete these alternate bid scopes from the contract.
