– Vendor needs to provide specialty and emergency medical services to the government authority located in Harris, TX. • Provide gather information from hospital entities and specialty medical providers regarding their capabilities, service availability, access considerations, and potential partnership models with secure juvenile facilities.• Access to 24x7 emergency department services including evaluation, stabilization, trauma care,imaging, and laboratory diagnostics.• Pediatric–capable inpatient hospital services including admissions, surgical procedures, postoperative care, and specialty consultations.• Outpatient specialty services (cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, orthopedics, infectiousdisease, OB/GYN, and other medically necessary specialties).• Diagnostic and ancillary services including; radiology, laboratory testing, and therapeutic treatment.• Coordinated discharge planning ensuring communication with medical staff and continuity of care upon return to custody.• Compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations including Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Emergency Medical Treatment and Labored Act (EMTALA), and state healthcare requirements.• Capacity to treat pediatric and adolescent populations safely, appropriately, and in a trauma–informed manner.
