(1) Vendor needs to provide formative research assessment data services for expansion of the rural outreach testing evaluation to the government authority located in Georgia.– Data analysis, qualitative research, operational assessments, and site visits across expansion states.– Operational readiness assessments will examine specimen transport logistics, including shipping workies, drop off feasibility, in–person versus remote collection models, regional supply chain capacity, and community–Based Organization readiness for HubSpot platform integration.– The discussion topics will include clinical referral pathway mapping, digital platform usability testing, and community–informed recruitment and education messaging testing.
