(1) Vendor needs to provide hydroelectric powerplant data logging system and operator walkdown software.– The system will be for data entry from 2 different facilities.– Historical data trending, search, data export, and work order creation are must haves.– A standard log form and walkdown checklist that would be used to eliminate our paper logs and digitize our system.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.
