Lobbying Services

Hernando County (hereinafter the “County”) is seeking lobbyist services from an outside, independent consulting firm to provide professional representation and liaison services with State of Florida elected officials and the departments and agencies of the State of Florida. This solicitation is competitive, designed to enable Hernando County to select the best offer from the lobbyist best suited to provide professional representation and liaison services. Selection will be made by the Hernando County Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as “BOCC”), based upon a recommendation from the Professional Services Review Committee (hereinafter referred to as “PSRC”). Selection will be primarily based on the qualifications of the lobbyist to perform the services.
