This is for advertisement only. We are not accepting online submissions at this time. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including nondiscrimination statutes and spending allocation goals. There is more than $150,000.00 in state-funding for this project. State law requires project-specific goals be set for this project based on the project’s needs and available Small Business Enterprises (“SBEs”) and Minority Business Enterprises (“MBEs”). The SBE goal for this project is 9.26%. The MBE goal for this project is 3.70%. The selected contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the spending allocation goals. Please use UPDATED VOLUME NO. 3
