CLEANING-14023 - USA (Covington, Georgia) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Covington, GA. – Office Areas– Restrooms – Public Areas• Weekly duties:– Dust blinds, ledges, baseboards, and other areas not requiring daily cleaning.– Vacuum corners and edges of carpeted areas.– Thoroughly clean and mop hard–to–reach floor areas.– Clean interior windows and glass partitions.– Dust and clean furniture and fixtures.• Monthly or as–needed duties:– Deep clean carpets and upholstery as scheduled.– Clean exterior windows as assigned.– Clean light fixtures and ceiling vents where safely accessible.– Clean walls, doors, and other surfaces requiring additional attention.– Assist with cleaning before and after special events, meetings, and court sessions.– Use cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer instructions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 6, 2026.
