(1) Vendor needs to provide port development program leadership development series services to the government authority located in Mobile, AL.• Participate in an initial planning meeting with Port representatives and recommend a training schedule for the eighteen–month program. • Recommend a cohesive curriculum and sequence for a six–class series addressing: Lead Yourself; Lead Through Communication; Lead Others; Lead Teams; Lead Change; and Lead the Organization. • Customize course content and examples for the Port’s operational, administrative, and cross–functional environment. • Provide qualified facilitators, including a proposed lead facilitator and backup coverage. • Deliver six (6) instructor–led, in–person classes, preferably one full day each, with all participant materials, exercises, and practical application or follow–up activities. • Provide any recommended assessments with confidential individual debriefs. • Provide attendance and completion information, a midpoint check–in, and a final summary of what worked and what should be adjusted for a future cohort.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
