(1) Vendor needs to provide disclosure counsel services to the government authority located in West Palm Beach, Florida.• All financing transactions (taxable, tax–exempt, new and refunding), and legal matters related to ongoing debt activities of the authority including to, trust indenture compliance services and compliance with continuing disclosure agreements.• The disclosure counsel must offer complete services to meet the authority’s needs in future bond financings, including the preparation of the preliminary and final official statements, any negotiations with underwriters with respect to disclosure issues, and the preparation of primary and secondary market disclosure documents.• The financing team for bond issuance will consist of authority staff, bond counsel, disclosure counsel, municipal advisor and the underwriter(s).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2026
