(1) Vendor needs to provide fair photography services.• Professional photographers or photography companies to serve as the official fair photographer for the 2026 county fair. • Professional photography services including livestock show coverage, candid event photography, and production of livestock buyer pictures.• Capture show/sale ring and award backdrop photographs; provide reasonable editing and retouching to remove distracting background items, signage, equipment, or people.• Photograph all livestock shows, including market shows, breeding sheep, beef breeders, and goat classes• Only the official Photographer and approved press are permitted in show rings.• Capture fairgrounds and event coverage including barns, fair, entertainment, awards, and guests.• Provide digital gallery of event photos for marketing, web, and promotional use.
