ACCT-25895 - USA (Largo, Florida) - External Audit Services - Deadline July 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide external audit services for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025 to the government authority located in Largo, FL.– The Auditor shall prepare and present a management letter to the Board of Commissioners and management identifying opportunities for improving internal controls, accounting procedures, operational efficiencies, compliance practices, and other matters considered appropriate by the Auditor– The Auditor shall demonstrate knowledge of HUD regulations and reporting requirements applicable to public housing agencies, including Public Housing, Housing Choice Voucher, Capital Fund, and other HUD–assisted programs administered by the Authority.– The Auditor shall prepare and issue all reports required under Uniform Guidance, including:• Report on Compliance for Each Major Federal Program• Report on Internal Control Over Compliance• Schedule of Findings and Questioned Costs• Any other required reports(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
