(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated strategic marketing and communications services. • Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence– Conduct ongoing market analysis, audience research, and competitive assessments to inform campaign strategy, creative recommendations, and media planning. • Create platform–appropriate creative optimized for campaign objectives and audience behavior.• Manage end–to–end campaign implementation, including media planning, buying, trafficking, launch coordination, optimization, and reporting.– Campaigns may include paid, earned, owned, social, digital, video, streaming, out–of–home, partner, and other appropriate channels.• Recruitment Marketing & Enrollment Strategy– Support strategies that move prospective students from awareness through inquiry, application, and enrollment.• Provide transparent, actionable campaign reporting and performance insights.• Performance against agreed–upon KPIs, benchmarks, and measures of return on investment, where applicable.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
