(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based prescription drug monitoring solution.– Provide a cloud–based, out of the box, highly configurable, preferably FedRAMP certified system– A secure web–based portal with graphical internet interfaces to include standard browsers and be designed in a mobile responsive manner to facilitate automated communication for authorized users.– The current system supports interstate data sharing and integrating with electronic health records (ehrs) and pharmacy dispensing systems.– A structured, ongoing user–centered design (ucd) and stakeholder engagement program throughout all phases of system design, development, testing, and implementation.– Development of a robust, secure, and comprehensive cloud–based data collection infrastructure.– Secure web services and user access management.– A secure, accessible web portal that providers, pharmacists, and state officials can rely on for real–time, privacy–compliant insights, while maintaining accountability, scalability, and resilience against security threats.– Public health and law enforcement objectives through secure data collection, integration, analysis, and reporting.– Data collection and submission– Data management and validation– Data exchange and system integration– Queries, reporting, analytics, and threshold alerts(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026
