CONS-23870 - USA (Texas) - Historic Preservation and Design Engineering Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide historic preservation and design engineering services to the government authority located in Texas.– Consultant will provide, at a minimum, historic preservation, architectural, engineering, regulatory coordination, permitting, design, and construction phase services necessary to assess existing conditions, develop rehabilitation and adaptive reuse alternatives, prepare construction documents, and support implementation of improvements.– Evaluate the overall condition of the building envelope and architectural systems. – Assess foundations, framing, roof systems, load–bearing walls, and other structural components. – Perform investigative assessments necessary to evaluate existing conditions and identify deficiencies, utilizing appropriate professional methods. – Identify potential hazardous building materials, including suspected lead–based paint and asbestos–containing materials, requiring further investigation or abatement. – Develop a comprehensive Preservation Plan identifying appropriate rehabilitation approaches and preservation treatments. – Evaluate conservation easement requirements and develop a compliance strategy. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
