(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological evaluation services for pre–screening (for employment) psychological evaluations, post–offer of employment psychological evaluations, fitness for duty evaluations, critical incident evaluations, critical incident and trauma peer training, risk of violence assessments, special team suitability evaluations, supervisory consultation and training, and other post–hire psychological services to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC.– Conduct psychological testing and evaluations by licensed psychologists. Only licensed psychologists shall perform personal interviews and/or oral portions of any psychological testing or evaluations– Provide a standard interview and evaluation procedure for referred individuals using face–to–face interviews, written examinations, and/or clinical evaluations; such accepted examinations that measure cognitive abilities, attitudes and behaviors, conscientiousness, demeanor, personality traits, and communication skills consistent with those necessary to succeed in the applicable setting of the law enforcement profession.– Defend, in court and administrative proceedings, as well as in written form, as necessary, the psychological aspects of the pre–employment process.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 16,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
