(1) Vendor needs to provide specialty infusion services to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX.– Specialty infusion service for plan participants for its self–funded health plan.– Home and alternate site delivery.– Clinical care plans and coordination.– Establish, monitor, and report individualized care plans in coordination with the participant’s prescribing physician, including clinical assessments, lab monitoring, and proactive prevention of adverse drug events.– Provide 24/7/365 clinical on–call support with access to clinical pharmacists and infusion–trained nurses. Response times for urgent, after–hours clinical needs must not exceed 2 hours.– Billing and member support.– Provide comprehensive education on drug administration and device operation for patients and caregivers, backed by educational materials in multiple languages.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 25,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
