Vendor needs to provide laboratory services to the government authority located in Virginia.• Receive, register, store, manage, and test samples. • Maintain appropriate sample–management and chain–of–custody procedures from sample receipt through testing, storage, and disposal.• Provide instructions and technical support regarding sample collection, packaging, labeling, preservation, shipping, cold–chain requirements, and customs clearance, where applicable.• Provide technical clarification regarding test results, analytical methods, measurement units, and applicable standards when requested by agency.
