NET-17511 - USA (Los Lunas, New Mexico) - E-Rate Category 2 and Security Cabling Infrastructure Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide E–rate category 2 and security cabling infrastructure services to the government authority located in Los Lunas, NM.• All category 6A horizontal cabling and patch cords shall be from a single manufacturer’s certified end–to–end system to support the manufacturer warranty. All cable must be point to point, no splices or junctions.• Every copper drop shall be tested and certified to category 6A channel/permanent link requirements with a calibrated level IIIe (or better) field tester. Test results for every drop shall be provided electronically to the district.• All new CAT6A horizontal cabling, patch panels, cable management, racks, LIUs, and fiber installed, terminated, labelled, and tested per this scope of work.• Copper and fiber certification test results for every drop and strand, delivered electronically.• As–built floor plans showing all drop locations with labels, and patch panel schedules for each DF/IDF.• Manufacturer system warranty certificate and contractor workmanship warranty.• Removal and disposal of all old copper cabling, old fiber, old surface mount raceway, and demolished equipment. The district reserves the right to retain any recovered materials.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on November 02, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
