CONS-23859 - USA (Jackson, Wyoming) - Spray Foam Insulation Installing Service - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide spray foam insulation installing service to the government authority located in Jackson, WY.1.Replacement, insulation, coating, covering, or modification of any existing translucent wall panel.2.Heating–system design or installation, including any wood–waste or biomass heating system.3.Mechanical ventilation, energy–recovery ventilation, dehumidification, or destratification fans.4.Structural modifications except minor incidental supports or protection specifically necessary forthe insulation installation and approved in writing by the County.5.Architectural or engineering redesign of the existing building.• Field–verify dimensions, quantities, substrate conditions, panel profiles, framing, penetrations, and access requirements before ordering material or beginning application.• Clean and prepare receiving substrates in accordance with the insulation manufacturer's written instructions. Remove dirt, oil, moisture, loose coatings, corrosion products, and other bond–inhibiting materials.• Seal gaps, joints, transitions, shim spaces, and penetrations within the insulated opaque envelope to create a continuous air and vapor–control layer, including at doors, service penetrations, eaves, bases, and wall–to–roof interfaces, while maintaining required clearances.• Provide masking, overspray protection, ventilation, fire prevention, environmental controls, and temporary exclusion zones required by the product safety data and application instructions.– Prevent spray foam, coatings, dust, or cleaning agents from contacting food–waste processing equipment or stored materials(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(4) Voluntary Site Visit will be held on September 28, 2026.
