DRA-11428 - USA (Texas) - Disaster Community Impact Study Services - Deadline September 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster community impact study services to the government authority located in Texas.– Efficient, technology–driven planning approach to capture near–real–time information about community conditions and needs across the FEMA Community Lifelines during and immediately following disaster events.– Study will explore how emerging technologies, including data analytics and artificial intelligence, can support the collection, analysis, and visualization of community impact data. – The findings will guide future operational tools and mitigation initiatives that extend beyond traditional infrastructure investments– Selected Consultant will produce a comprehensive planning report and supporting visual tools that map service access patterns, identify gaps, link those gaps to community vulnerabilities, and recommend targeted strategies to improve access and resilience– Stakeholder and Public Engagement– Planning Study Launch(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
