(1) Vendor needs to provide PA system supply to the government authority located in Hilo, HI. – Provide large outdoor concert sound system capable of covering more than a football field w/ full clean and powerful sound for the 2026 Festival at the agency.• System includes:– 16 channel Allen and heath digital mixer – 16 channel Allen and heath digital snake – 8 Behringer 15” full range speakers, 8 Yamaha 15” full range speakers, 4 JBL 18” subwoofers, 4 SA 18” subwoofers, 3 Behringer 12” stage monitors – for a total of 33 speakers – 6 vocal mics, 4 instrument mics and, 7 drum mics – 6 mic stands – 4 direct input boxes – 5 high–powered QSC amplifiers – 1 Fender 500–watt base amp – 1 five–piece Yamaha drum kit w/ cymbals – 1 45 K generator – 4 speaker platforms (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
