(1) Vendor needs to provide cybersecurity supply chain risk management subject matter expert support service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• Establishing a robust and centralized C–SCRM (Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management framework), ensuring consistent and comprehensive risk assessments across the Federal Marketplace, and integrating forward–leaning security strategies like Post–Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and AI–driven automation.• Program Execution and Enhancement: Leading the maturation and refinement of the end–to–end C–SCRM operational lifecycle, including the Entity Risk Assessment (ERA) process, C–SCRM Plan Review program, and pre– and post–award monitoring programs• Strategic Modernization and Automation: Driving the strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation to create measurable efficiencies in C–SCRM processes.• Workforce and Compliance: Designing the curriculum and overseeing the development of a targeted C–SCRM training program for the ASD acquisition workforce.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
