Public Safety Uniforms, Apparel, and Related Accessories

The City of Surprise (the "City") is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of Project Title for the Fire-Medical (SFMD) and Police (SPD) departments, collectively hereinafter be referred to as the "Public Safety" personnel. This solicitation incorporates three (3) separate uniform categories, consisting of Class A, B, and C type uniforms styles and specifications. The City's public safety departments may elect to purchase additional uniform styles to meet the needs of professional service titles not classified as Class A, B or C. The purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a multi-term contract, multiple vendor award to the Offerors who demonstrate they can provide quality products at a fair market price in at least one (1) of the categories per the specifications herein. The City anticipates multiple purchases throughout the year.
