EXTRA-70778 - USA (Frankfort, Kentucky) - Rubberized Asphalt Grant Consultant Service - Deadline June 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide rubberized asphalt grant consultant service to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY.        – A (Civil Engineering/Asphalt Paving) consultant to assist with the administration of the Scrap Tire Management Program in relation to rubber modified asphalt projects such as rubberized chip seal and rubberized.– Determine the unit–cost estimates for paving projects with rubber modified asphalt, as well as non–rubber modified asphalt, and be able to share/discuss that information upon request.– Identify all asphalt contractors with the equipment necessary to perform chip seal projects utilizing rubber–modified aggregate binder and be prepared to provide that information upon request.– Provide a final program report, summarizing the statistical differences between conventional asphalt and agency using the previous 11 years of construction data provided by the contracted engineering company(s).(2) The contract period will be one year.
