(1) Vendor needs to provide community resilience collaborative service to the government authority located in Charleston, WV. – Provide strategic guidance during final refinement of the community collaborative framework.– Survey design and implementation support development and implementation of program surveys measuring participant and community outcomes.– Civic infrastructure landscape analysis. – Develop an assessment methodology for understanding changes in civic infrastructure within participating communities.– Program outcomes analysis.– Conduct an independent analysis of community resilience collaborative outcomes using multiple data sources.– Learning partnership and technical advising.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
