(1) Vendor needs to provide air board compliance monitoring and reporting service to the government authority located in Bakersfield, CA.• NOx, CO and VOC once every 24 months.– NOx – EPA Method 7E or ARB Method 100– CO – EPA Method 10 or ARB Method 100– Stack Oxygen – EPA Method 3 or 3A or ARB Method 100– VOC – EPA Method 18, 25A, or 25 B or ARB Method 100– Notify District at least 30 days prior to source testing(2) The contract period will be for one year.
